Recovery Personnel must be graduates from a recognized university, with LLB/LLM considered an added advantage and 5–7 years’ experience in loan collection and credit/recovery; Fraud Risk Management Personnel must be graduates, preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB, and have 5–10 years’ overall banking experience, including about 5 years in fraud risk management or monitoring.

Recovery Personnel should not be more than 30 years of age, relaxable up to 35 years for deserving or experienced candidates, while Fraud Risk Management Personnel must be between 30 and 40 years, relaxable up to 45 years for deserving or experienced candidates.
